WiFi device configuration FAQs

　　The configuration software cannot search the device

　　1. The Ethernet configuration software is used to configure the network port version of connection search. The configuration software cannot be used for connection search. You need to connect the WiFi hotspot of the device itself, and then enter 192.168.10.1 in the browser to enter the configuration interface. See the WiFi configuration manual of network interface for configuration details

　　After debugging the parameters, the debugging software is still unable to connect to the device.

　　1. Re enter the set device IP in the browser. If you can re-enter the configuration interface, it indicates that the configuration is successful. If you cannot enter the configuration interface, it indicates that the configuration fails. You need to check whether the configuration parameters are correct.

　　2. The device supports bridging into the 2.4GHz network and temporarily does not support 5GHz network. You can enter the router management interface. In the router management interface, WiFi is divided into 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks, which are connected to the 2.4GHz network separately.
